**Spruce and Shimmer Cleaning Services – Terms and Conditions**

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Spruce and Shimmer Cleaning Services and you the customer regarding the provision of residential cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/out cleaning services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

**1. Services Offered:**
Spruce and Shimmer Cleaning Services offer residential cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/out cleaning services. The specific scope of work and the cleaning tasks to be performed will be detailed in the service agreement or work order provided to the Customer.

**2. Payment:**
Payment for the cleaning services must be made as per the agreed terms outlined in the service agreement. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

**3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:**
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

**4. Access to Premises:**
You agree to provide access to the premises on the scheduled cleaning date and time. If entry is not possible due to any reason, a lockout fee may apply.

**5. Liability:**
While our cleaning professionals are highly trained, accidents may happen. We strive to take utmost care of your property; however, we are not liable for any damages or losses caused due to unforeseen circumstances during the cleaning process.

**6. Safety and Security:**
If there are any security or safety concerns related to the premises, please inform us in advance. Our team will make all reasonable efforts to ensure your property’s safety, and we appreciate your cooperation.

**7. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment:**
We will provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products due to allergies or other reasons, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

**8. Satisfaction Guarantee:**
We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please inform us within 24 hours of the cleaning session, and we will work with you to address your concerns.

**9. Confidentiality:**
We respect your privacy and will treat any personal or sensitive information shared with us during the cleaning process with utmost confidentiality.

**10. Termination of Service:**
Both parties reserve the right to terminate the cleaning service with a prior notice period specified in the service agreement.

**11. Amendments:**
Spruce and Shimmer Cleaning Services may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

**12. Governing Law:**
